Robert Holland

 

  
Robert Holland ABICSc – Operations Director
Robert began his career with Multi Office Cleaning Services in 1975 as a trainee window cleaner leaving in 1978 to join Area General Cleaning as Window Cleaning/Services Manager. Robert set up Shiners in 1982 (now a specialist services division to Xenon) and leads the Company's operations using the skills and knowledge from a long experience in the industry. His style is particularly hands on, focusing on high quality driven by ourselves not our customers.
     
Simon Baker  
Simon Baker MBICSc – Commercial Director
An individual with extensive experience in contracting, Simon previously headed up commercial business development for a listed service company from 1990 and was responsible for a portfolio of £18M per annum. His operational experience with customers such as Marks & Spencer, University of London, LSE & NHS Trusts in buildings with up to 150 cleaning staff has made him highly effective in implementing contract efficiencies in a wide range of cleaning scenarios.
     
Celio Murillo  
Celio Murillo – Area Contracts Manager
Calling upon numerous years of hands on experience managing the operations side of our contracts, Celio uses great empathy to excel at motivating staff and pushing forward cleaning standards wherever possible.
     
Patricio Paredes  
Patricio Paredes – Contracts Manager
Patricio supervises the personnel and cleaning activities in his assigned area and achieves the highest standards at all times. Patricio has an excellent rapport with his staff and his good communication ensures all staff clearly understand their job role and the Company’s goals.
     
Luisa Carreira  
Luisa Carreira – Contracts Manager
Luisa is a highly efficient individual who draws upon her experience to ensure that staff deliver a high quality standard of cleaning. Luisa specialises in providing service to our Business Centre clients.
     
Tony Wincott  
Tony Wincott – Window Cleaning Manager
Managing our team of daily window cleaners Tony utilises his skills and experience to provide high quality service.
     
John Holland  

John Holland – Services Manager
With thorough hands on, day to day management of staff John ensures that client's requirements are carried out fully.
