Performance Measurement
As your commercial cleaning company, Xenon Services is committed to providing a high quality office cleaning service on a continuous basis and proposes to adopt the following "Traffic Light" procedures to monitor performance of the contract.
WEEKLY APPRAISAL Once every week our Area Contract Manager will review the daily office cleaning performance, after which an inspection of the premises is undertaken.
MONTHLY MANAGEMENT MEETING We propose that in addition to the weekly site review, a formal meeting is held between the client and Xenon
Services Area Manager to ascertain progress on the contract. Topics to be discussed would include staff
performance, operational changes, periodic duties and overall quality performance. Our "Traffic Light" check list
will be used to review and assign a score to each area of the building or aspect of the service provided.
QUARTERLY CONTRACT REVIEW MEETINGS A formalised review meeting will be held with the client's representative and Xenon Services Operations or
Commercial Director where QA marks, management and staff performance can be reviewed.
