Contract Security

Xenon operate a daily office cleaning service in central London. We recognise the fundamental importance of security and will therefore rigourously uphold security policies if stipulated by the client. These policies will form part of the employee's induction training along with Xenon standard security precautions.

It has been our policy since we began our business to recruit London cleaners organically, through recommendations from existing staff. All Xenon personnel are provided with overalls marked with our client's insignia. They are also required to wear a security badge, whilst on a clients premises and sign in and out for each working shift.

Xenon have stringent procedures in place to ensure genuine identity. Staff details are retained on our specialist software system "Cleanlink™", which provides a wide variety of reports including site photo ID badges, Enhanced or Standard CRB Disclosure. The Cleanlink™ software system also has in-built protection to ensure genuine identity via National Insurance code programming, duplicate name, address and bank account prevention.

If our client has further special requirements there are other security procedures that can be implemented including a confidentiality agreement, further identity checks, references and special security forms requiring a signature from staff on arrival/departure.
